This service analyzes a specific employee whether it is a
commission based or a single salesclerk environment. Rapport building, customer
qualification (both in competition and customer wants,) creation of needs and wants,
customer hot buttons, and building on them, presentation skills and overcoming specific
objections, closing the sale, and post-sale service are analyzed. Product knowledge and
value selling to a higher end product or service will be analyzed. A strength and weakness
chart on the salesperson or clerk and general observations of the business, both in
