Our Competition Shops are very reasonable: We will shop your competitors on a regular basis, with key products of your choice in mind. Competition is good for business, keeping it sharp and helping improve it in multiple areas such as merchandising, customer service, end cap displays, customer counts, promotional items, and pricing of all goods or selected products. Large chains have always looked at competition as a good thing. It keeps them aware of what the market is doing, helps them with buying the products, and serving the customer. Smaller business’s can use a slightly different approach to competition. They can focus on selected products that the large chains don’t carry. As well, they can put a greater emphasis on customer service, while the large chains tend to put a greater importance on sales.

 

At Ken-Rich, we will customize each shop to suit your needs. We gather all the information needed to perform a selected shop, and then develop a chart or checklist form with room for feedback. We make these forms easy for our shoppers to use, so they don’t have to carry them into a business to do their shop.  We do guarantee results so if you are not satisfied with a particular shop we will do it again for free. Time, date and the name of our shopper will be on all shop forms. If you have any specific requests, we will be all to glad to include them.

 

All shops will have a minimum charge of $15.00 per shop and mileage could be charged if needed.  We do want to be competitive, so if you get a lower quote and we can verify it, we would like the opportunity to beat it.  Thank you again for considering the Ken-Rich Retail Group.
