The Customer Focus Audit reports on the customer awareness of the
business, how an employee focuses his or her attention on a customer, their friendliness,
dress and overall appearance. Their response to product knowledge questions, how they
offer help and invoke conversation with a customer is reviewed. Knowledge of products and
their placement in the store, how well do they know their competition. Do they follow
business procedures, and can they explain a difficult or complex procedure like check
